\nProgrammatuur zal kosteloos in objectcode ter beschikking worden gesteld.
\nEr bestaat geen verplichting tot terbeschikkingstelling van broncode.
\nDit is niet van toepassing op de broncode van Open Source software, waarvan de licentievoorwaarden voorrang hebben op deze gebruiksvoorwaarden wanneer de genoemde software wordt doorgegeven en die beschikbaarheid van de broncode vereisen.
\nIn een dergelijk geval zal Sylvania de broncode beschikbaar stellen tegen betaling van gemaakte kosten.
\nInformatie, software en documentatie mogen op geen enkel moment door de gebruiker aan derden worden gedistribueerd, noch mogen deze worden verhuurd of op enige andere wijze beschikbaar worden gesteld.
\nTenzij dit is toegestaan door dwingend recht, mag de gebruiker de software of documentatie niet wijzigen, noch de software disassembleren, onderwerpen aan reverse-engineering of decompileren of een deel daarvan scheiden.
\nDe gebruiker mag \u00e9\u00e9n reservekopie van de software maken indien dit nodig is om verder gebruik in overeenstemming met deze gebruiksvoorwaarden te waarborgen.
\nDe informatie, software en documentatie worden beschermd door auteursrechtwetten, internationale auteursrechtverdragen en andere wetten en conventies met betrekking tot intellectueel eigendom.
