Sustainability in Action: Sylvania Group equips The Cubehouse with smart lighting<\/h3>\n

The Cubehouse is the first hybrid timber construction project in Amsterdam’s Zuidas business district. The office building (approx. 16,300 m\u00b2) was constructed using 75% recycled and\/or bio-based materials for the structure. <\/h4>\n

The objective was to create a sustainable, healthy, and inspiring workplace, Paris Proof<\/strong> (Dutch sustainability standard), WELL-Gold certified<\/strong>, and with a BREEAM Excellent<\/strong> rating.<\/p>\n
