This Policy applies to Personal Data processed by or on behalf of the Feilo Sylvania Group (\u201c<\/span>FS Group<\/span><\/b>\u201d) or any of its members.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

We highlight that this Policy especially highlights compliance with the GDPR and provides detailed information on how to exercise data protection rights and remedies under the GDPR. The definitions below under Art. 2 are also given in accordance with the GDPR. 2. Definitions<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

a) Data Controller<\/span><\/b>: The party (person or legal entity) that determines the purpose and means of the processing of Personal Data.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

b) Data Processing<\/span><\/b>: Any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

c) Data Processor<\/span><\/b>: The party (person or legal entity) that processes Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller. The Data Processor acts under or according to the instructions of a Data Controller (including cases, where the purpose and the means of Data Processing are defined by the Data Controller, but the Data Processor takes care of everyday operation in line with such purpose and means). <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

d) Data Subject<\/span><\/b>: A natural person identified or identifiable by Personal Data.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

e) EEA<\/span><\/b>: European Economic Area, which includes the members of the European Union (EU), as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

f) FS Group:<\/span><\/b> The Feilo Sylvania Group as specified under Art. 3 of this Policy below.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

g) GDPR: <\/span><\/b>General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016\/679\/EU).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

h) Personal Data: <\/span><\/b>Any information relating to a living individual (Data Subject), who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that Data Subject.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

i) Personal Data Breach: <\/span><\/b>Means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed by FS Group (including any temporary or permanent loss of control of, or inability to access, Personal Data).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

j) System(s): <\/span><\/b>Means the relevant IT system operated by the FS Group or one or more of its member(s) for storing Personal Data.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

k) Third Country<\/span><\/b>: Country outside of the European Union (EU), Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland (EEA). <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

l) Third Party<\/span><\/b>: A natural or legal person (as well as public authority, agency or body) other than the Data Subject, the Data Controller, the Data Processor and the persons who, under the direct authority of the Data Controller or the Data Processor, are authorised to process Personal Data.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

3. The Feilo Sylvania Group<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

The Feilo Sylvania Group is held by Feilo Malta Limited (Level 2 West Mercury Tower, the Exchange Financial and Business Center, Elia Zammit St. Julians, STJ 3155 Malta). The Feilo Sylvania entity or entities (FS Group member(s)) which provide products or services to you are named on our Website or in the contract concluded with you or the person\/entity represented by you or in a document or additional information provided to you by the FS Group or one of its members. The Feilo Sylvania entity that processes your Personal Data in accordance with the above will be regarded as the Data Controller. You can contact such Data Controller using the details on our website or in the contract concluded with such Data Controller or document or information provided by such Data Controller. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
